1. Who we are

SEO Resourcing (HK) Ltd, 3906, 3F The Center, Queens Road, Central, Hong Kong, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: contact@seoresourcing.com.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data in two ways:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, company name (optional) and the contents of your message.
  • Email: anything you choose to send to contact@seoresourcing.com.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking technologies on this website, and we do not collect personal data from your browsing.

3. How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to set up and manage that relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep in touch.

4. Who processes it

Our website is hosted by Vercel and contact form messages are delivered by Resend, both acting as processors on our behalf. Your enquiry is received and handled by our team, which operates across Hong Kong, the Philippines and the UK, so your data may be processed in those locations.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, typically no more than two years, unless it forms part of a client relationship.

6. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, including the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, for UK and EU visitors, the UK GDPR or EU GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@seoresourcing.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page with a new date at the top.
